Wildlife & Culture Tour
Palo Verde National Park is a very important nesting and feeding habitat for local and migratory birds in Costa Rica. Discover on a boat ride the diversity of wildlife of the tropical dry forest and mangrove zone. On this tour you may see howler monkeys, capuchin monkeys, giant iguanas, Jesus-Christ-lizards, big crocodiles, many kind of birds, raccoons, etc.
Tour program:
Boat trip on the river Tempisque along Palo Verde National Park, lunch, presentation of the traditional art craft of the pottery production from the ancient Chorotega culture in Guaitil, and visit in Santa Cruz the typical Guanacastecan town.
